About Caregivers in Action
Caregivers in Action, serving upper Grafton County and lower Coos County, is one of the oldest human services councils in New Hampshire. For almost 30 years it has brought human service practitioners, educators, clergy and interested citizens together to address needs and strengthen the service network in the North Country.

Education: several mini-workshops each year on:
- issues of common interest or concern
- self care
- emerging trends and practices
- cultural competence
- best practices
Mutual Support:
- Members become part of a network minimizing isolation and preventing burn-out
- Opportunities for social interaction and the development of professional and personal connections
- Annual kick off breakfast and holiday brunch
